77j Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 77j website accessible at 77j.live, including all pages, features, games, and services available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 77j Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 77j Account using a supported payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by 77j.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose games are made available on the 77j Platform.

By accessing the 77j Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the 77j Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 77j reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 77j Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77j does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. If you access the Platform from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.3 Account Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the 77j Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77j reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit all balances across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77j login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77j will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify 77j immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 77j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 77j Account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your Account settings.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Do not access your 77j Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

77j reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to funds in the Account may be temporarily restricted.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

77j currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. The current list of supported methods is displayed in your Account dashboard.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits are processed in PHP. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider. 77j does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active Bonus Balance with an incomplete wagering requirement must be forfeited or the requirement fulfilled before a withdrawal of Real Money Balance can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day.
• 77j aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 77j Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you attempt to transact in a different currency, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate and associated fees, for which 77j accepts no responsibility.

77j offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and fishing games may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from your Account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 77j reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 77j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion on the Bonus page before claiming any offer.

All games available on the 77j Platform are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as set by the relevant Game Provider.

77j only works with Game Providers whose titles use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, real-time dealing by professional dealers in licensed studios. The outcome of every game is determined by chance and is not influenced by 77j or the player.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the Game Provider's server, the server record shall be the definitive result.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before its conclusion, the round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to your Account balance.
• 77j reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77j Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to 77j immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77j staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

77j is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, accessible from your Account dashboard after your 77j login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 77j Platform — including but not limited to the 77j name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 77j or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 77j;
• Use the 77j name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform;
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77j shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Technical errors, software malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond 77j's reasonable control;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77j makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered through it.

77j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• At 77j's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77j customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

77j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77j will notify registered players via email or through a notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to 77j customer support. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
